When you make a booking with us using our website (hereinafter referred to as our "site / the site"), these booking terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "booking terms"), our Privacy Policy , the website's terms and conditions of use , and any other written information we bring to your attention before we confirm your booking.

Please read these Booking Conditions carefully as they explain a number of important things to clarify our rights and obligations.
In these booking conditions, reference to the pronoun of the suitor and the pronoun of the property includes the person first mentioned in the booking and all persons on whose behalf the booking was made. The site is operated and managed by Taj Jeddah hotel apartment, based in Jeddah – Al Hamra district, Saudi Arabia, (hereinafter referred to as the plural pronoun and the property pronoun).

In making any booking, the first person mentioned in the booking, on behalf of all the persons detailed in this booking, agrees that:

1. Making a booking

To book a room, please follow the instructions listed on the website. You need to provide your credit/debit card data in order to secure your booking.
Please check that your booking data is correct before submitting your booking request. We will not be liable for any delay or non-execution of your booking in the event you provide incorrect information.
Your booking is confirmed and a binding contract arises between you and us immediately upon our confirmation of the booking accompanied by a valid confirmation number confirming your booking data and will be sent to you. Upon receipt of the confirmation, if you see any incorrect data in the confirmation, or if you need to make any changes, you should contact us immediately as the changes may not be made later.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking and refuse to issue any booking confirmation in our absolute freedom.

2. Pay for your booking

Payment can be done at Taj Jeddah Hotel Apartments either in cash or by credit/debit card.
Depending on the type of booking, full prepayment of your booking amount may be requested at the time of booking, in which case the entire booking amount may be placed on your credit/debit card at any time between the booking date and the check-in date.
If you fail to pay your booking in full at the time of booking, you will be required to pay the full amount upon arrival at the hotel.
If we do not receive all payments due in full and on time, we have the right to consider that you wish to cancel your booking. In this case, we have the right to retain all funds paid or due on that date, and you must pay the cancellation expenses you were agreed with at the time of booking.
Any payments for additional incidental services (e.g. mini fridge, extra meals, etc.) must be made directly to the hotel before check-out.

3. Prices

The price of your booking, the terms under which payment, changes and cancellations are made, varies depending on your room type, your booking and other factors, you will be informed of these terms at the time of booking. Please note that all prices are subject to availability.
Our prices are based on the "variable pricing" model and determined by the hotel, so prices fluctuate according to supply and demand. Your booking price is confirmed at the time of booking, and will not be adjusted if prices fluctuate between the date you booked your stay and the date you arrive. You must always check the price at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise indicated on the website, the price does not include additional services (breakfast, half-board, and full, and so on). VAT and municipality fees, specified on the rates page, must be paid directly to the hotel, except for online prepayments which may include payment of this tax as well.
We reserve the right to correct errors in both declared and confirmed prices. We make this corrections as soon as we find the error.
Your confirmed booking rate is subject at all times to the correction of errors and changes resulting from government actions such as changes to VAT and any other changes imposed by the government, and changes in currency exchange rates; we reserve the right to inform you of an increase in your confirmed booking rate as a result.
Specific promotions available on the internet are sold exclusively online and in no case will they be available at the hotel's reception.

4. Accuracy

We make efforts to ensure that all information and prices on our site and in marketing materials are accurate; however, sometimes changes and errors occur, and we reserve the right to correct prices and other details in such cases. You should check the current price and all other details related to your chosen booking before doing so.

5. Changes on your part

If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must follow the procedures described in your booking confirmation section. While we try to help you in this regard, we regret that modification requests cannot always be fulfilled. Where any modification is possible, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred. Please also see any special conditions notified to you at time of booking.

6. Cancellation by you

If you wish to cancel your booking after confirmation, you must follow the procedures described in your booking confirmation section.
Please note that some bookings are not refunded in case of cancellation as long as the booking has been confirmed. If the reason for your cancellation is covered by the terms of your insurance policy, then you can recover these expenses.

7. Duration reduction

If you decide to leave ahead of schedule, we will not reimburse you for the remaining booking days you did not use, or you may be responsible for any associated costs you may incur. According to the circumstances.

8. If we cancel your booking

We may cancel your booking at any time with immediate effect by sending you written notice (including email), if you fail to make all payments applicable to your booking in full and on time, or if you otherwise violate one of the core terms of these booking terms. We may in exceptional circumstances cancel your booking due to "force majeure". When this occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible, and:

To fulfill the purposes of this clause, "force majeure" means any situation in which, even with the utmost due care, we cannot foresee or avoid it, and as a result we are unable to offer you room. Such events may include, but are not limited to, wars, threats of war, civil conflict, terrorist acts and their consequences, threats of such acts, riots, acts of any government or other national or local authorities, including port or river authorities, industrial conflicts, incapacitating closures, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, chemical or biological disasters, adverse weather conditions, whether due to seas, ice or rivers, and all similar events beyond control.

9. Special requests

If you have any special requests, you must notify us at time of booking. Although we do our best, we regret not guaranteeing that any requests will be fulfilled unless we give you a specific assurance in writing that we will do so. Writing down a special request on your booking confirmation or any other documents or notifying the hotel thereon is no confirmation that the request will be fulfilled. Failure to fulfill any special requests is not a breach of contract by US unless the request is specifically confirmed. We do not accept any bookings conditional on fulfilling any special request.

10. Disabilities and medical problems

If you or any member of your community has a medical problem or disability that may affect your stay, please let us know before making your booking and we can inform you of the suitability of the room chosen for you. In any case, you should have listed full details in writing at the time of booking. If the hotel reasonably determines that it is unable to properly provide for the specific needs of the person concerned, we reserve the right to refuse the booking, or if full details are not provided at the time of booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking when we become aware of such details.

11. Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint during your stay, please notify the hotel manager immediately, who in turn would try to resolve it. If the matter cannot be settled and you wish to proceed with the complaint, you should send an official written notice of your complaint to us at the email address gm@tajjeddah.sa within 7 days of the end of your stay, remember your booking number and all other relevant information. This will help us quickly recognize the problems you have encountered and speed up the response to you. Failure to follow the procedures of this clause may affect our procedures and the ability of the service provider concerned to investigate your complaint, and affect our rights

12. Behaviors

When you book, you accept responsibility for any damages or losses caused by you or any member of your group. Full payments for such damages or losses must be made directly to the hotel on time. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for fulfilling any claims subsequently made against you (in addition to legal fees incurred by us and other parties) as a result of your actions. The hotel reserves the right at any time to terminate your stay or residence of any member of your group due to misconduct, where justified in his opinion is reasonable. 13. Our legal responsibility

We will not be liable or reimburse for any injuries, illnesses, deaths, losses, damages, expenses or other claims whatsoever, if caused by:

We limit the amount of compensation that we may have to pay if we are found to be liable to you for any reason, as follows:
A) loss or damage to any baggage, personal belongings, money or claims involving diseases: the maximum amount we are obligated to pay you in respect of such claims is an amount equal to the excess of your insurance policy applicable to this type of loss to the individual in total because you are supposed to have adequate insurance to cover any such losses.
B) claims that do not fall under point (A) which does not include injury or death: the maximum amount we will have to pay you in respect of these claims is twice the amount paid by the person (s) affected or on their behalf. This amount will only become payable if you receive no interest at all from your booking.

Although we make every effort to ensure that the photographs, drawings and texts used to paint a picture of the hotel leave as accurate an impression as possible of the accommodation we provide, some differences may occur, which are precisely due to changes in furniture or possible renovations.
The hyperlink in the booking confirmation may link to sites other than the site, and we will not accept any responsibility for the content of such websites or the services offered on them.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Without prejudice to any mandatory protective provisions that may be applicable in your country of residence, you and I agree that these booking terms and any applicable agreement shall be governed in all respects by Saudi law, and the courts of Saudi Arabia shall only be competent to hear any disputes.

15. Modification of Booking Conditions

These booking terms may be amended, added to, or both by us at any time. In this case, the new version of the online booking terms will be posted by us and will automatically apply to all customers with immediate effect.
